Hi. We have checked out, and honestly we are extremely disappointed with this stay. The house may look nice, but the facilities were terrible. The air conditioner and fan were very slow, the fridge was not cold at all, and the gas cylinder finished halfway while we were cooking. We reported these problems, but there was no proper action taken. Even worse, when we informed you about the gas issue, your response was rude and unhelpful, telling us to wait until tomorrow while we were left unable to continue cooking. This level of service is unacceptable. Guests pay to stay comfortably, not to deal with broken facilities and rude treatment. We hope you seriously improve your attitude and maintenance before accepting future book
