"Bad experience"

Very bad customer service. Given wrong pin number. And never help to solve the light issue when I was already response to them on the spot. Just ignore and no taking any action. Im okay with the shortage, but at least take some initiative to solve your customers issue mah, but they are doing nothing. Very disappointed.

"Pleasant"

The house is big, good for family vacation, good for cooking and having bbq. Guarded security home with playground. The house is clean except for the bed cover, pillow case, quilt etc. The owner said they changed them but it does not feel like it and did not smell like new & fresh. We caught sneezing a lot.

"One of the best stays I've had."

Everything was great, came with family of 7 but still got so much spaces. They provided 2 extra mattresses and one extra blanket. It is quite close with Desaru Coast Waterpark and surrounded with a lot of F&B too. Loved all of it! Can park 2 cars inside and even the cooking utensils are complete! Literally one of the best to stay with family!

I'd like to see dustbin in every room in front of the toilet so it would be easier to throw the trash away ^^ And also kiblah for muslims to pray hehe
