"Very bad."

Spacious

The property was a terrace house in a housing area with poor management. Very basic finish with no entertainment within the house except for TV. The internet was very bad for basic use. Even TV box is so outdated all the streams were lagging. Bed and furniture were moderate. Extra mattress provided was terrible with No spare bed sheet or blanket provided. The clubhouse meantioned was 5 mins drive away with small swimming pool and gym, and tennis court without net. The beach were about 15 mins drive from the unit. I went to check in at 3 but they are still cleaning the unit and I have to wait till 5

Home is big, can accommodate many guests

Entire neighbourhood looked run-down, stains on sofa, mouldy bedsheets, cockroach-infested, kitchen stove not functioning, appliances were dirty

House was nice with huge hall...property very nicely located.

The aircons were very hot and didn't provide any cooling, the cleaning could have been better with dead cockroaches and few packs of condoms under the bed( unopened packs thank god), and water pressure was very poor....

"Gated community Needs VAST Improvement"

Spaciousness

I would have liked a toaster, teaspoons, clean kitchen towel, non-burnt cooking utensils, better quality cutlery. TV was useless with only local channels available by satellite cable TV. Our WhatsApp conversation with the support person came to a “I will refer it to my team” which is short-form for useless service. The picture of a beachfront was deceptive as the nearest beach is 10 minutes away by car. For what we paid value for money would have been a resort or nearby hotels. The accommodation would have been ideal for party animals who want a big hall.

"Big comfortable unit with spacious car parking. Good option for family gathering."

Location was ok but had difficulty locating the unit.Suggest Unit no to be much3 bigger & hv it at the gate post.Rooms are fairly big .

Suggest that the Master Toilet water heater needs looking into.Would be great if there were some kind of manual on TV operations as we couldn't figure out on how to view channels.
