A large modern house with plenty of space and 3 bedrooms. Clean.

The plumbing was not good - the shower never drained and the shower head always directed away from the shower. I informed the host so that this could be attended to before the next guest arrived. They had called a plumber.

Ktv system mic had issue, inform owner using WhatsApp and they actually expect me to do troubleshoot. Got someone to change for us after they checked with previous guest and realised mic had problem since the day before us

Almost all rooms bedding has dust / hair. 3 of us had body itch afterwards. Second floor common room has cockroaches welcome us on first day stay. And oh living room carpet will surprise yall good luck guys

Very very easy. Instructions are clear via WhatsApp No issue at all.

a) The only grip is the main entrance to the estate, so we need to keep providing the same information again. If the owner of the house can register our car information for the period of stay that will be great. b) Internet speed is slow during thunderstorm (cannot be controlled factor)

Clear instruction received on how to get the keys. Nice and cozy house. The house is spacious for 7 of us. Love the decoration of the house. you can cook here because all the equipment is there, also can plan to have bbq too. It is located in new residential area, and already have some shops nearby to get your basic necessities. Overall we are satisfied with our stay here.

only the mugs that are provided are quite small 😅, if there is a bigger size that would be great.
