Hofstede Dongen Vaart

Charming cottage, lovely decor, fully equipped. The owners have really thought of everything guests would need during the stay. Its a lovely property in a nice setting 7 mins drive from Efteling. Very responsive host Gwen, who was always available over whatsapp for any questions we had. Would love to return someday soon. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and very well equipped house in Dongen. Everything we needed was on site. The bedrooms are very cosy. Everything was very clean. We highly recommend the house! Thank you very much for the great stay, we would love to come back.

It was spacious and close to the amusement parks and small towns. The bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was functional and included a nice coffee machine. It was decorated in a cool old fashioned style. We loved the Milk Maid painting by the dining area as we had just seen the original in Amsterdam.

The lighting downstairs, especially in the kitchen. It was very dark. It made cooking a bit difficult. The stairs are very typical Dutch and are very steep. We were ok with them but for anyone with mobility issues, they would not be able to get upstairs to the bathroom with the shower.

Typically dutch farmhouse - super well done up and decorated. Very suitable for a group of friends with or without kids. Owners v nice. All good. We slept in bedstead as an expiriment, right laugh! Kids and small adults only !

Gratis place and lots of space

The property is located in a lovely and quiet town. The entire house is spacious, comfortable and clean, Owner has provided everything that makes my stay pleasant.

Everything, really liked Being able to get the key out the box without having to meet anyone. Was just perfect after a long day travelling. We just loved it all

Loved the old school Dutch farmer house style. Beautiful house. It is very comfortable and clean and has a great location. Owners are very nice and accommodating.

Since the house is mostly in its traditional state, the stairs going upstairs are still original, which means it is very steep and dangerous for children and elders.
