SCAM. They advertised misleading. Stated whole property. After I booked. I realised it was only a twin bedroom in a shared house. Demanded I pay a £100 deposit in to a bank account before I could get entry. When I realised it was not a whole property I requested a cancellation and refund. I done this within an hour of booking. They refused and kept the money. Booking.com refused to help

The room and building was stunning

It said on booking dot com entire property only to find out that it was shared with multiple people with shared bathrooms. Had to pay 100 deposit which usually is for damages not realising if my partner got a bit of make up on the pillow and towel that we would get charged £23.50 for washing. The same make up that i wash every week on a normal wash. ( never heard of anything so rediculous) ive stayed in litterally 100's of hotels over the years and never heard anything like it. I WOULDNT RECOMEND STAYING HERE. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN NEXT TIME IM IN DUNDEE

Comfortable bed

Radiator was turned off no facilities in the room difficult entry bad parking please be aware they want you to remove any rubbish from the room otherwise your deposit will be kept it’s a non refundable room very awkward access rude people on the phone terrible experience took me 2 days of messaging with out reply to get my deposit back which only when I said is this a scam I will Take the matter did they put it back in Really horrible over priced experience

How they kept 26 pound of my deposit for a dirty towel

Avoid at all costs. I booked accommodation here thru booking app, paid and received a confirmation email with address contact details etc. On arrival I was unable to get in as it was a pin / keypad on the front door. I called messaged and emailed the contacts details to no avail. Eventually I got a message telling me I had to pay a further £100 before I could get in. This was not on the booking page. I tried to cancel but they refused to refund me leaving no option but book alternative as accommodation. I am now speaking to trading standards re this.
