Nelson Manor

We all appreciated the large, absorbent towels, which were pleasant. However, drying them was challenging, as we had to hang them over radiators, preventing heat from effectively warming the property.

Our stay at the property was disappointing due to numerous issues that could have been easily avoided with proper maintenance and routine spot checks. Key concerns included misleading parking information, a poorly maintained kitchen, a broken vacuum, and missing amenities such as the coffee machine, Fire Stick remote and an incompatible HDMI cable. Damaged furniture, uncomfortable mattresses, and a general lack of upkeep throughout the property further compromised comfort.

Very roomy, handy having downstairs toilet for mother. Bedrooms very spacey. House was very clean and access was very straight6

8 of use stayed, so when in living room the settee was dated and you sank into middle when sitting. Single armchair in living room was on wheels, on a tiled floor this was actually quite hazardous as it rolled backwards when you sat down.

Not the most attractive part of town but within easy walking distance to the V&A which was our main reason for staying in Dundee.

Really spacious. Well quipped. Coffee, tea and sugar available - nice touch and saves having to buy big jars for a couple of nights, as well as cloths and cleaning things makes life so much easier. Very light and spacious rooms. Lovely main bathroom and comfy beds.

Entrance isn't particularly appealing - off the road into a narrow entrance between other properties - lots of bins and the entrance door has large bins right in front of it. Not aesthetically appealing and worrying until you open the door . Ensuite shower was cold but this may have been user error

Very spacious. We were a family of 8 so was good to have the room. Kitchen is well equipped

TV in living room kept going off, couldn’t get the fire stick to work. Tv in bedroom just pixelated ..didn’t try any other tvs. Blind cords are too high to reach to open/close blinds
