"Thank you would recommend to anyone"

Absolutely fabulous and five minutes walk to the city. Was great for us three mums with the children who were competing at the karate world championships.

Have not got one bad word to say

"A stunning,spacious home in a fantastic location."

10.0

This was a fantastic location for our weekend in Dundee. There was a huge amount of space, with 4 lovely bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The rooms were gorgeous and we felt very comfortable in this house. The large pool table on the top floor was an added bonus. Excellent location too, just a short walk from the centre of Dundee.

Nothing!

"Lovely, comfortable house, great value for money, and central for Dundee city"

8.0

The House was spacious and well equipped. Plenty of heaters that could be controlled individually, which was excellent as our weekend was particularly cold. The bedrooms were all good-sized, clean, and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed - full cooking facilities, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. Cutlery, cooking utensils and crockery were plentiful, and there were nice touches with washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, some tea, coffee, and sugar left for us. Five of us were staying, and we had more than enough room in the lounge as well as bedrooms. The house is fairly central for the city centre, which is a 10 to 15 minute walk, but be prepared for a steep hill on the way back. On street parking is available free of charge. Depending on the volume of cars around, this can be a few yards from the house or a bit further but only minutes and safe. Very quiet location and no noise at night.

The window blinds were very difficult for us to open and close due to the height of the windows and our small statures. Once the blinds (venetian) were closed, the pull cord moved too far up for us to reach in order to open again, so they remained closed. Not a problem in winter but would restrict daylight and front window views in summer - only for smaller people!! It would have been great to have had one or two small occasional tables in the lounge for drinks as the large coffee table was rather low and a stretch from sofas.

the property is large beds comfortable

there were 4 of us staying. on the Friday night 2 people were up till the early hours talking in the kitchen area. we then got a complaint about a lot of noise. the next night I realised while outside the property entrance how loud the talking actually was outside obviously there is no soundproofing in the kitchen at all. so would advise people not to sit in the kitchen late at night. this kind of spoiled our time as we dint want to make noise at all after complaint. also at 7 am a scaffolding was being put up next door so obviously the noise was terrible we had no warning about that happening.

"Nice house questionable wiring"

5.0

Good sized home which is reasonably equipped. Liked the snooker table. Short walk into the town

There weren't curtains up and the blinds were a pain. I read private parking when booking which was a main point but later noticed it was street parking where available. As it happened I was parked fairly close. Most disappointing was my concern over the wiring. Sockets housed in skirtings ,an exposed wire coupling in the kitchen and wires running on the floor of a bedroom from trunking. Overall we liked the place but I wouldn't return as the wiring had me stressed
