We were one family with 2 teenagers, parents and grandparents, a total of 6. We were able to give the teenagers a room each with a shared bathroom and the parents and grandparents had a bedroom each with a bathroom en-suite. The apartment also had a huge open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen Which was nicely furnished. There was on-site parking for at least two cars plus a security gate. The apartment was serviced daily except Sundays by the housekeeper Bridget who kept the apartment spotless. She was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was nicely located to hotels and shopping centres.

The grandparents found the step up to the front door difficult.

I loved the appearance of the place.it looked beautiful and the furnishings were comfortable. The rooms were beautifully decorated ...if only the cleaning was done thoroughly there wouldn't be anything to complain about

Unfortunately the place was grimy Everything felt sticky and some of the dishes were dirty, obviously not checked when it came out the dishwasher...the microwave was dirty and when I asked the helper to clean it, she was not pleased with me and left it untouched ...even the floors are not mopped properly, the mop was dirty so the floors remained sticky...disappointing to say the least

Was a really nice little place and just what we needed as a family. Jeanine was super accommodating.

The hot water in the one shower needs to be fixed and the couch broke when I sat on it lol, but really not a deal breaker as these things happen.
