Spacious apartment that was easy to get to, close to all the local attractions and shops, walking distance from the beach, apartment was clean on arrival and cleaned every day. Very happy with 1 Seabreeze, would recommend.

Liked the location

The place was not clean, packed on dust on lamp shades, and ceiling Fans. Mould in showers. Rust in mocrowave. One towel per person for 3 days, and nowhere to hang them in the en suite to dry. Towels in other bathrooms seem to have been white at some point but are grey now. The place is in serious need of proper cleaning and upgrade.

"Comfort in the heart of the action."

Very centrally located in Umhlanga and close to the beach and restaurants. The flat is spacious and has everything required within it for a comfortable stay. The security of the flat is also very good and the housekeeper is friendly.

"If you don’t mind roughing it out then this place is fine."

Nothing.

Aircon was leaking water. Flooded the room. Limited hot water. Bedding was stained. Not dog friendly as stated. No grass or garden. Uncomfortable parking. Needs to be upgraded and refurnished. Cockroaches and other bugs/insects present.

The location is perfect near the beach and malls. The apartment was cleaned daily and big enough for us. Super save and welcoming staff

There needs to be Air-condition in the lounge durban is super hot
