Der Parkplatz ist schlecht plaziert, viel zu gefährlich l. Preis war viel zu hoch

Der manglede havemøbler til terrassen. På tag terrassen var der ingen havemøbler. Køkkenet manglede også en del udstyr. Der var ingen brødkniv og andet bestik meget ringe.

We absolutely loved the house – big, beautifully designed and perfectly located on a hill above Furnas with no neighbors around, just peace and amazing views. The terrace and rooftop terrace were stunning, with views straight into the valley. The house was fully equipped: kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, washing machine (very useful during a week-long stay), and fast, stable internet that was perfect for photo backups, planning trips and checking the weather. Communication with the host was excellent via WhatsApp and Booking chat. The mid-stay cleaning service was a wonderful surprise – not only fresh towels and sheets, but the whole house cleaned. Furnas itself is a fantastic town with excellent thermal baths (we went twice!), restaurants and everything within a few minutes’ drive.

The house is right by the main road, so parking on the sharp bend requires a bit of care – the space is best suited for a small car, and it’s easier with someone helping from outside if traffic is busy. There is also no walkway, so access is only by car, even though Furnas is very close (about 200 m). Small details compared to all the positives.

there was an unpleasant smell of mold and dampness in the house that didn't stop even when we left the windows open to ventilate the house.

Las vistas y su ubicación cerca de Furnas fue un acierto! Disponia de aire en todas sus estancias, con buena nevera, horno y lavadora. El espacio de parking para el coche estuvo genial (con cuidado para entrar y salir claro). Llegada autónoma y buenas respuestas por parte del propietario que nos ayudó con la reserva del Caldeiro incluso.

Su constricción “dentro de la montaña” le hace tener demasiados insectos (mosquitos no por suerte) pero al no tener mosquiteras en todas las ventanas conseguían entrar todos los días. Eso hace que no puedas disfrutar del exterior de la casa. Además es una zona húmeda y eso se nota en las paredes y el ambiente de casa. El tostador, sartenes y menaje de cocina necesitan un recambio para cocinar alguna comida.

Das Haus war sehr schön und bequem eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber und es hat Spaß gemacht dort zu kochen. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine dort. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick über Furnas.

Man muss 200 m an der Straße entlang laufen um in die Stadt zu kommen. Der Parkplatz liegt direkt in einer Kurve. Trotzdem würde ich genau diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Gostei da vista, de poder assistir ao nascer do sol nas montanhas, de ser um bom ponto de base para visitar as Furnas e todo o lado leste da ilha, da cozinha bem equipada, TV com box.

Apesar de ter lugar de estacionamento é difícil estacionar (deveria ter um espelho no local que ajudasse na manobra pois encontra-se na curva da estrada) e deveria ser cimentado. Apesar de ter máquinas (café, lavar roupa, etc) a casa poderia disponibilizar algumas cápsulas de cafe como cortesia (uma vez que ainda fica afastada desses serviços) e pequenas amostras de detergente (quem viaja não consegue levar e tb não faz sentido estar a comprar litros de detergente se ficar instalado pouco tempo).

This house is extremely close to the main road into Furnas so there was a great deal of traffic noise. The very small parking spot was almost in the road and very difficult to turn into. It's on a blind corner so difficult to exit. The curb added to the stress of pulling into the space quickly and caused us concern about damaging the small rental car. Owner should inform guests about this very challenging parking spot. The fill was not compacted and car sank down into it. We used a pot from the kitchen to regrade the sunken places and add a "ramp" from the curb to the road.
