Location far from Town, AC in living room not cold, checkout time too early at 11am, kitchen grill door locked, not a vacation friendly environment

Safe location, especially with controlled gate. Nice house, though poorly designed on the interior. Good space, well maintained garden. Good parking space.

Almost rundown furniture - am concerned with safety and likely blame if they break. Old and uncomfortable mattresses. Fixtures, taps and hoses in the bathrooms need repair or replacement. Water heaters in the bathroom were not working. The house is not very welcoming, poorly lit and unappealing furniture and interior. Natural light to the lounge only through a windoe or when the front door is opened. Old towels and bedsheets. Kitchen utensils not enough for a comfortable minimal cooking. The rate does not match what's offered. The fact that rent to be paid in cash hit hard esp during festive season when money changers were closed.

A very nice and clean place to stay

I like the surroundings of the house and the scenery. Spacious parking space, can fit two vehicles. Great for people who like to find a place that is quiet and peaceful. Be careful with the cat if you want to go out and in from the homestay. Good for the short vacation.
