The house is run down with lots damaged. At the price they charge per day they should ensure everything is in good order. We were also annoyed that the day before arrival we were sent an email requesting a R5000 deposit otherwise we don’t get access codes. This deposit should be asked for upfront as it I had know this I wouldn’t have booked there. Then when you arrive there is so much damaged / missing with no inventory list either. Furthermore, the water from the taps is brown - you definitely can’t drink it and unpleasant to shower in dirty water (couldn’t wash hair). Staff say they know about it but yet nothing gets done and they charge a lot to rent the place .

The staff all over Zebula were very friendly

Our hostess didn’t communicate the new changes that involved extra cost to enter as well as at the swimming pool area , didn’t appreciate having to pay to enter the swimming pool area when we’ve already paid so much to stay at Zebula. Dishwasher didn’t work and we only had a cleaner 1 day - which meant we had to wash dishes all the time and this is not what we want on holiday. House is also not as clean as it should be. We had no water at certain times and we brought small children with us. Only after I complained at reception, the electricity situation was explained to us. Terrible communication from our hostess.

The location is very good,not far from the Club house.

The water pressure was very low,showering was a problem,the house does not have wifi
