First we struggled with getting the house as the information provided said the house is in block P but there is no sign of block P, we eventually got the house in block L. Second when we locked ourselves out of the house there was no spair key at reception (would have been really helpful). Third there is no measures taken for loadshedding, in one of the rooms there were two emergency lights that is solar powered, but they haven't seen the sun in a long time (they were not working).

The house worked perfectly for the size of our group. Everything was in good working order and the house was clean and neat.

We did not have breakfast at Zebula itself we prepare our own meal. The view was awesome, the place was great

The only thing that we would have prefer was that the kitchen and dining room to be downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs, we are people who love to be outside, so then kitchen to far from outside.

• When we got to the premises we were unable to unlock the door - it was jammed…fortunately the maintenance Guy was there and he was able to assist after battling for a while he managed to get it open- problem is the opening from the outside • The shower in one of the bathrooms did not work – a part popped out see attached video • The back sliding glass door was cracked • The oven glass separates from the door when opened- hazard- see attached • The balustrades on the balcony at the top overlooking the boma is loose and cracked waiting an injury to happen- see attached • The round table near the fire place – leather was damaged / torn – see attached • There was no way to do a do a verification of item in kitchen – as there is an abundance of cutlery and dishes all a mic of different sizes – we noted a plate was cracked – advised the supervisor when we were leaving • The toilet closest to the entrance was leaking • The couches covered in cloth needs to be cleaned ..it is covered in dust Needs TLC
