The property appears tired, with a poorly maintained garden. The main room has two mattresses: the double is overly soft, and the single has uncomfortable, exposed springs.

Basic for the price, toilet just kept filling all night had to fix it myself so we could get a good nights sleep Paid for early check in at 14:00 got there at 14:10 cleaner was still there so stood on street for 30 mins

The local area around this Property was very average. Property is old with lots of creaking sound from the floor. The entrance of property is very unappealing with bins piled up right in the front.

Perfect location to see my Cardiff uni son. The parking was as expected. Most of the on street parking was residential but I was lucky enough to get free parking just round the corner (50m away). I was expecting the house to be a little tired due to the negative reviews but actually it was really nice. The property has no onsite staff but their communication was very efficient and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

Nothing really. Had a good nights sleep in the downstairs bedroom. My only criticism might have been that the blinds let in a lot of light but I was so tired I didn’t notice.

House was very clean, kitchen very well set up with plenty of cutlery, crockery, microwave, cooker, condiments, salt, pepper, oil few spices, cloths.

Half a loo roll, no spares. Remotes were difficult to figure out which TV they were for and one TV did not connect to WiFi

Absolutely nothing

The worst stay I have ever experienced. I genuinely cannot understand how this place is allowed to operate. The apartment was dirty, mouldy, and clearly had not been cleaned properly — there was pet hair everywhere, which was especially concerning given we were travelling with young children. The fridge didn’t work, so all our food, including milk for the kids, went off. The heaters didn’t work either, the light in one bedroom was flickering constantly, and there were no bins in any room. Much of the furniture was broken or falling apart. When I contacted the staff, they answered the phone but were completely unhelpful. I was told that maintenance had passed inspection — which is clearly false, as no responsible inspector would sign off on the condition we found the place in. This property is unfit for guests and should be thoroughly investigated. I strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

Hidden check in rules prior to booking. Once you have booked it’ll want a ridiculous list of things to do before you can even check into the property !!

Cleanliness

Not enough utensils. Like no big vessel etc

Very disappointing pulling up to this property as was nothing like the photos they had online - false information. Very dirty, smelt damp in every room, overflowing bins right by the front door was concerning. Empty bottles of beer & cigarette ends all over the back entrance, back garden overgrown. Not the " warm welcome" you are expecting. Don't be fooled by these people. I have requested a full refund as I refused to stay here with my children & they have ignored me even though booking.com have emailed them saying I should be granted a full refund, they too have been ignored. Absolutely disgusted!
