Nothing.

Hadn't been cleaned, would have had to sleep fully clothed, dirty towels left with stains on, floors weren't cleaned, bins inside were full, tea towel was used and left scrunched up and filthy looking, bath was dirty, looked nothing like photos, seemed like there was a party that had been there just before and then left and then we turned up, we couldn't even stay it was that bad so we had to then find somewhere else after a 3 hr drive and on christmas eve, just what you want! Duvet had massive holes in without sheets on. Funny thing was as well we were told to only turn up from the check in time because otherwise it wouldn't be cleaned! I've stayed in hostels but they're always clean so not sure what else to say other than abysmal!

All good. Only the instructions for the heating were a bit unclear. It was not cold, so we did not need it, but perhaps double-check it for the winter.

Nothing really..

Photos were deceiving. The photos demonstrated how this property could be used as a decent rentable property. The reality however was quite different. The rear garden was terrible, nothing like the photos, weeds all overgrown. The front door has a clear glass panel where everyone from the street can look in straight up to the bathroom on the second floor. The furniture was uncomfortable and tired looking. The whole place looked tired and lacked maintenance. In need of a coat of paint. The TVs didnt work. The cupboards had locks on them. The place looked like it had been broken into. The owners clearly have no respect for their property.
