The Nagoya Ixyz Mori apartment is fantastic! It has everything you need, including unexpected extras like a hair straightener (though we didn’t need it). The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood and has very comfortable heated flooring, which was a lovely touch. Nagoya Station, around a 15-minute walk away, is super convenient, with many food options, and was a lifesaver during the New Year holiday when most restaurants were closed. Perfect for families. I would absolutely stay here again if I returned to Nagoya. Highly recommended!

I only wish for darker curtains, as the morning light woke us up earlier than we wanted.

We love the heated flooring and bathroom which are nice gesture. The house is in a good condition and appeared and smelled clean. The location is one stop away from Nagoya station but in a residential area with a few eateries within walking distance(eg Kato Udon). We liked it as we spent a lot of time in the house as a lot of Nagoya attractions are closed 29Dec- 2Jan. The agent is also extremely responsive the 2 times we had a question. For people who love to stay in the bustling city, this is not for you.

There is no place to store your luggage on level 1. I wish the washing machine had a shorter cycle as it takes about 4hrs including drying. Also, the air con condenser is located right outside the bedroom and for a light sleeper, it is distracting.

It is very clean and very functional. Beds are very comfortable as well. Location near to Taiko-dori station is good, just a stop away from Nagoya station.

It is very spacious and good for big group stay

The staircase is narrow and tough especially if you carry heavy luggage to upstair.

The checkin process was painful. Passport photos, selfies, codes, etc. overcomplicated self-service process

Cozy and beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and we were able to utilize the washer and dryer. Check in/out was easy with the instructions provided. One small parking spot was provided in front of the house and could only fit a very small vehicle. For reference, we had a Toyota Tank and it just barely fit diagonally. It was overall a pleasant stay.

The small parking spot (if you drive a larger car there's a car park conveniently located out front) and the very narrow one-way street.
