Everything…..the house is beautiful, well equiped, close to the station and a number of dining options. The host has well thought out the little touches that make the stay even better. Beds were comfortable. Kids loved playing the Nintendo Switch. Huge washing machine meant I could do all my washing in one go too!

There is absolutely nothing to not like about this beautiful property.

This place is perfect for family or group of friends who want to enjoy their time together. Located 1 station away from Nagoya Station (less than 15mins walking), the house is provided with everything you can imagine. Big warm bed, complete kitchen set, entertainment (they also have games for kids), full amenities 😍 and washing machine (which is important for me because i travel light). The service was also amazing, easy to check in - check out and the owner is very communicative 👍🏻 if you want to stay here and bring a lot of luggages (as I did), from nagoya station you can take bus to the nearest bus stop or ride a subway to Taiko-dori station and take the elevator to the main road (Which will be easier than what I did, walking from Nagoya station 🤣).

Warm Wooden Floor. Apart from the list of dislike, the house is ok.

It is ridiculous for the front gate could be be locked and finally the guests need to sneak pass the staff door. THERE IS NO KEY for the front gate, nor any keycode for the guest to access securely through the front door. Moreover, even if the front gate lock was fixed, there is another access through the staff channel. The setting of the front gate and the staff channel is also weird in normal Japanese Ryokan. The CAR PARKING space of the front door is small, can only accommodate the size of the "Mini" or Japanese "Jazz" type short salon. The Air Conditioner is NOISY and not functioning well in the cold winter which made you cannot rest silently or warmly on the 2nd floor , the sleeping area.

This was a perfect accomodation for my family of 5. The property was quite new , had 2 toilets instead of the usual one and all facilities provided. The property was extremely comfortable and warm. Beds were firm and supported well. the floor heating in addition to the excellent air conditionong and bathroom heaters were much appreciated in winter. The location of the apartment was outstanding. it was in a quiet residential neighbourhood that felt perfectly safe with a few small restaurants within walking distance ( including one that opened till 1 am ( more s drinks place) that served wonderful takes on italian food! it is just a short walk from Nakamura Kuyakusho station which is the rterminal station ( empty train when ypou board) and the next stop is Nagoya Station with all its activities! will definitely return shouls we go to Nagoya again.
