+ a recently refreshed old house + close to everything that Tarifa has to offer + decent beds + a unique ocean view between the petrol station and bus station + spacious

- no air con in bedrooms (ceiling fans in bedrooms; AC in the living room downstairs) - poor locks in the doors - pipe odor in the toilet downstairs
