traffic noise was a bit loud

It's easy to access and near by supermarket and cafes made it so easy and it's the best stop before heading to MT Cook, a spectacular drive.

The stupid alarm siren that woke the entire town up and because we are just across the street from the fire station... got the 5am siren and thought it was a earth quake...if you don't mind it...experience it...but it scares the crap out our family.

Lock box easy to locate and use

The salt shaker in the kitchen was empty and I didn't realise until after the shops were closed.

The location was a bit noisy as the road was busy.

It’s a big, clean and comfortable place to stay. Everything is excellent.

Loved having two bathrooms, great living spaces to all gather, roomy, lovely decor.

Dishrack could use a good cleaning and some new sponges would be nice.

We loved the back garden for a private place to sit. The back deck and BBQ area were great also. The second living area was an excellent space for the grand children to hang out and give us a bit of time out. Rathlin cottage was so close to the cafe, shopping and swimming pool. The kids walked or took their scooters to the park. The beds were comfortable, linen was great.

I would have liked a few new pots and pans.
