Great layout and facilities

Difficult to get to ..sat nav essential

It's a great location and we'll maintained property. We were comfy in the hot and cold weather we had during our stay. Highly recommend!

accommodation was very nice.

Less liked was the 3% fee added for credit -card, which was the only option for payment.. $14 credit card fee plus $87.00 cleaning added up meant $101.00 extra on initial quoted price. I do feel that these charges should be more obvious when checking prices.

The house is big. It has everything you need while there including dishwasher, washing machine and a full kitchen with stove top, oven and large fridge. Detergent provided. Everything was in good condition and clean.

The hosts way of communicating. They give you complex instructions for recycling and threaten you with extra costs if you make a mistake. Using plastic waste as an excuse for not providing enough shampoo/shower gel is pathetic considering they still give you small plastic bottles of each anyway. The not so subtle "invitation" to leave as early as possible on the check-out day and let them know was inappropriate.

Roomy and comfortable

Far too many email communications for what should be a simple stay. Booking.com & rental company double up with info which is already overloaded ( key pickup, extensive garbage disposal rules, possible early checkout notification, cleaner responsibilities etc etc) . On holiday you do not want to be hassled with emails. Property itself was good.

Nice decorated house. Fully equiped kitchen. Lot’s of space. Twizel is good starting place to visit lake Pukaki and mt Cook. Particular like view on distant mountains, which is great.

All good, bit more privacy in garden would be welcome
