No breakfast offered, we were self catering. Room was decorated in a cheerful manner.

Too many instructions from owners, ie which bins to use, and how to vacuum. Threat of extra cleaning charge if not left clean. On last day received a message that we were to vacate prior to 10:00 am, which was ridiculous and unnecessary harassment and was not appreciated!

Place was clean with facilities as mentioned.

Spacious place, nice quiet neighborhood

Hygiene - the bedsheet had hair all over it, didn’t look or feel fresh. Dishes and cutlery were dirty in the drawers and cupboards. No extra bedsheets or toiletries. The extra comforter was smelly and dusty and unusable. Wasn’t expecting anything grand for the price but was expecting a clean and hygienic place to stay. This was mentioned in other reviews too - there are no extra sheets, towels etc. and very limited hot water. Would be great if more of this was mentioned in the listing instead of as check-in instructions when it’s too late to make changes to your reservation.

Easy to find location. this is an individual, (Detached) house accommodation unit with car parking at the side of the property. Very, very clean, comfortable and warm. good cooking facilities and plenty of equipment. Wifi works very well

Good location for hiking. Facilities in good working order. Clean. Good water pressure. Comfortable bed. Perfect for a couple for a few days. Looks exactly like the pictures. Lovely view.

A long message of rules from the company, which stated multiple fines for breaking these rules. Obviously happy to follow the rules of the property however always feels a bit accusatory when you receive messages like this. Wanted messaging when leaving so they can track your check out to the minute- again just feels as if you are not trusted. We booked for 2 people so were only given 2 knives, forks etc. Again this feels as if they do not trust you, when it is just nice to be able to use a few sets of cutlery when cooking a meal with multiple ingredients. The property is lovely and would definitely book again - I assume these procedures have come from previous bad guests.

Plenty of space! Amazing water pressure!!

Could have used an extra set of towels - 4 night stay in winter was hard to wash the two and get them dry.
