Great location and very well equipped cottage. Two good sized bedrooms and comfortable beds. Everything had been modernised well.

Some instructions regarding disposal of recycling and rubbish would have been good.

Best holiday rental house we have stayed in. The house is easy to find with generous parking area too. The house itself is spacious, well furnished and equipped with everything thought about. Kitchen equipment all matches and looks good and in decent condition. Dining table plenty big enough and sofa big and comfortable. Upstairs both bedrooms for comfortable king size beds and the two bathrooms have good showers and lovely towels etc all provided.

Nothing! All excellent.

Everything, was very clean , location was perfect for our needs , daughters 15th birthday so we went to flamingo land, also had day out in York and Scarborough so everything was in driving distance, would definitely stay here again 🙂🙂
