Very spacious accommodation, large garden, walking distance to town

Don’t be put off by the exterior

Always worried about safe parking, the parking is brilliant and in enclosed courtyard in a very quiet area . The garden is massive and forgot to take 3 year olds football 🤣. Kitchen is large and airy with an oven to cater for banquet. Very large dining/sitting area with Sky and good reception on WIFI @ 75 Mbps. We are used to 4.5 🤣

This is a very beautiful property everything you need is in this cottage huge back garden, 2 bathrooms, kitchen has everything you need lovely sitting room and dining area I will definitely be booking again .

There was nothing I didn't like about this property.

Location and parking excellent House was very clean and facilities good. Appreciated the garden in the hot weather.

Towels very thin and would have liked a cafetière.

It was a very comfy cottage and we had a very good time. Wish it had been a longer break.

Perfect location just a short walk into beautiful Malton. Property immaculate. Fabulous comfy bed and wonderful garden space for Gin O’Clock. Thank you for the loungers.!!

some kitchen items, light bulbs, utensils, frying pan, plastic jug need renewing, Master bedroom blind difficult to open, possibly put in wrong way round, blind too heavy for chain operation.
