Vivere nei Sassi

Ho appena trascorso, con la mia famiglia, un meraviglioso soggiorno in questo appartamento, durante il periodo di Ferragosto e non posso che esprimere la mia massima soddisfazione! L'appartamento ha superato di gran lunga le mie già alte aspettative. La pulizia era impeccabile e ogni dettaglio era curato con attenzione. Non ho trovato nulla da ridire, tutto era perfetto! Inoltre, il proprietario è stato disponibile e gentilissimo, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda e a fornire consigli utili. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque stia cercando un luogo dove trascorrere una bella vacanza. È stata un'esperienza fantastica e tornerò sicuramente!

Emplacement idéal dans un site d' exception. Le logement plonge dans le contexte historique.. mais avec tout le confort et la modernité dans l' aménagement.

Deze accommodatie is werkelijk een plaatje. Een prachtig gerestaureerde en bijzonder smaakvol ingerichte woning in het hart van de Sassi. Ons verblijf in Matera kon niet beter zijn dan op deze plek. Bovendien superschoon, compleet en een zeer behulpzame host.

Great location, only a short walk in the Sassi with helpful guidance at all times from our host (including how to manage parking)

Nice lighting, comfortable bathrooms. Stylish combination of old and new building techniques.

Privacy for two couples not very good. The lower bedroom had a curtain as seraration, the top bedroom is totaly open to the rest of the apartment.

This property was very new and spotless. It also had luxuries not found in many private bookings, ie toiletries, historical books, candy. It was tastefully decorated. It is in a very good location within the old town in close proximity to many restaurants and amenities. Our landlord was quick to respond to our arrival and explained, through translator, (as we did not speak Italian) all the various requirements of the home. 5 stars for this property.

Some street noise, but not too late and it became very quiet after 10:00 pm.
