Vivere nei Sassi

Location, really in the old town. Modern design of the interiour. Easy check in instructions. Good communication with the owners. All equipment we needed. Clean.

A bit noisy in the evening from the outside, but this is due to the location, people return from the old town

Wonderful apartment with excellent facilities. Wonderful host - thank you Gianni for your generous and warm hospitality. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to magical Matera.

Location, cleanliness, comfort and character

We had a lovely experience at Vivere Nei Sassi. The beds were comfortable, towels were soft and they provided several snacks. The before photos were fun to see too.

There was nothing to dislike.

The property was in an amazing town, central for everything (restaurants and sightseeing), our host was very helpful, and the property was immaculate

Nothing at all

Wonderful location just across the street from the Romanae Thermae baths in the old Sassi. So many extras - the host left milk, snacks, the apartment is so well appointed and has so many unique and lovely features. Easy check in process. Highly recommend!

No on site parking meant that we had to carry our bags which is challenging over cobblestone streets and pay 50 euros for 2 nights of overnight parking. The extra expenses add up. Otherwise was great!
