La struttura si presenta pulita con ambienti abbastanza grandi in generale. Nello specifico il bagno interno della prima stanza é un po piccolino.

Ci sono alcune cose che andrebbero migliorate. Come per esempio la presenza di una macchinetta del caffè un po’ più moderna magari in cialde o capsule, più comode ma sopratutto igieniche. Ci sono diversi cuscini in più ma non utilizzabili se non si mettono a disposizione federe per poterli ricoprire. Oltre a qs se si pernotta in giorni festivi si riesce anche a dormire ma nei gg feriali (noi abbiamo protratto il pernottamento fino al lunedì) la sveglia suona per forza di cose alle 7 quando si avviano i motori degli uffici vicino e rimbombano nella stanza più piccola. Essendo la struttura al primo piano si sentono poi i rumori della strada…

problemlose sehr nette Kommunikation. Whg. sehr sauber. Fliesenboden, aich super für uns mit Hund. 2 separate Schlafzimmer mit je 1 Bad mit WC und Dusche. 5. Person schlief in Wohnzimmer auf grossem Schlafsofa. Sehr nah zur Altstadt/Sassi, ca. 10min zu Fuss. Kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Haustür auf Strasse, auch ok für Campervan. Supermarkt 5min zu Fuss.

Très bon accueil de Nicola. Parfaite communication avant l'arrivée (en français via wahtsapp) et sur place (en italien essentiellement). Hébergement très propre et très bien équipé. Appartement moderne, sans cachet particulier, mais confortable et à quelques minutes seulement du centre-ville
