Alloggio spazioso, molto comodo con 2 bagni. Situato vicinissimo al centro...comodissimo. Facile trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato molti consigli.

Appartamento molto confortevole e appena ristrutturato. Buona posizione e spazi ampi.

Appartamento moderno con 2 camere e 2 bagni. Posizione vicino alla stazione e non lontana dal centro storico. Host presente sul posto per la consegna delle chiavi e una serie di utili indicazioni, tra cui un'ottima guida per il tour nei sassi.

La mancanza di lavatrice e lavastoviglie, che però in caso di soggiorno breve possono essere superflue.

I really liked both the place and the apartment. It’s within walking distance to the center of Matera and the bus/train station, which was very convenient. The neighbourhood was calm and pleasant, with some lovely bars nearby for a morning coffee. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. What I appreciated the most was the host – he went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests and even welcomed us with fresh strawberries. The kitchen was also well equipped with everything you might need.

The only thing I would improve is the cleanliness of the floor – when walking barefoot, it felt a bit sticky. However, if you're wearing shoes indoors, it's hardly noticeable.
