Alloggio carinissimo, con proprietari gentili e disponibili. Super consigliato. Ci tornerò. Consiglio di prenotare il parcheggio a pagamento privato.

Solo sforzando di trovar qualcosa di minimamente negativo, è nei pressi del centro, ma non in centro centro. (5 minuti a piedi).

Abbiamo soggiornato nel weekend del 8 Dicembre,la struttura è davvero molto accogliente e situata in posizione ottima,a 500 metri dai Sassi e dalla piazza principale. L’appartamento è nuovo, pulito ,curato nei minimi dettagli, dotato di due bagni indipendenti e di tutti i comfort di cui si ha bisogno in una vacanza. I proprietari, Anna e Cosimo, sono persone eccezionali e ospitali e hanno contribuito a rendere più piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Inoltre con una piccola aggiunta consiglio di prendere il parcheggio riservato per l’auto viste le difficoltà di viabilità nel centro storico.

Ние бяхме пет човека в две съседни стаи с врата между тях. Стаите бяха изключително удобни, с всичко необходимо за кратък пресстой. Всяка от тях беше със собствен санитарен възел, с баня и тоалетна. Може да се ползва паркомясто което е удобно ако сте с кола. Намира се на кратко разстояние от центъра на Саси. Снимките отговарят на действителността

The apartment is lovely and really well situated for exploring Matera. The option my friend and I chose was the equivalent of having a small apartment each with its own facilities - there is a connecting door between the two. There are lots of little touches which the owners have clearly thought about to maximise the space and make the stay really comfortable. The hosts themselves are perfect and incredibly kind and helpful. Matera is just ‘wow’. The private parking space is a bonus and charged at €10 / day. It is very safe and the owners show you how to access this.

petit appartement très cosy, emplacement idéal dans la vieille ville, très propre et chaleureux. on a apprécié les 2 salles de bain. emplacement de parking très appréciable! ( accès par une ruelle un peu étroite) anna répond à toutes vos questions et nous a conseillé de super restaurants.

Équipe trop gentille service impeccable.établissement bien placé plus place de parking à 10 euros.le couple explique bien sa ville on n’a adoré
