Stylish family home in desirable Penylan + Parking

the location and the responsiveness and kindness of the property management in dealing with the issues we found

the house was filthy, it clearly hadn't been cleaned and the facilities were wholly inadequate for the size of the party we were, we were left with broken items, missing essentials which had been described on the listing, leaks and other issues with damage and poor maintenance, limited access to the available storage due to the significant number of personal belongings and locked facilities. The only reason I am giving it a 6 is because Sarah and Sally from sea and salt the property management company dealing with things on behalf of the host were absolutely lovely, responded quickly to our concerns in relation to the cleaning issue and compensated us for our inconvenience, apologised for the issues we encountered and were flexible, kind and working to rectify the issues we raised so other people dont experience what we have.

Off road parking and good location

Lovely house, very clean and everything to hand. Parking on drive was a bonus.

Excellent location. Very comfortable spacious accommodation. Shower was great. Overall it was good and we enjoyed our stay. Owner was very helpful. Communication was great.

Property needs a spring clean, particularly kitchen cupboards. New dining furniture would be great, but we managed

The location was great near enough for the city and very quiet. Great restaurants, we all enjoyed the shopping and castle.

This is an excellent property in a good location for exploring Cardiff. It’s a good location with plenty of shops,restaurants etc close by. A very nice,spacious house. I would return.

The failure of the tv was acted upon very quickly and replaced. Some further minor improvements eg bathroom door and cloakroom extractor would enhance the facilities.

Lovely house and great layout for families. Clean and comfy bedrooms with loads of room.

Walking distance to city center. A lot of space in the house. Plenty of space in the refrigerator Good Wi-Fi No problem with hot water when four people showered in short time Easy to handle the security alarm Parking outside front door

Recommendation to the landlord: Change the table in the kitchen! Plenty of good equiment in the kitchen but I missed a colander when cooking pasta and a grater for the cheese.
