Stylish family home in desirable Penylan + Parking

Parking for 2 cars

The location was good, the house had plenty of space and was clean and comfortable in the main. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless as was living room.

There are a few minor things that need attention. My rating would be higher if so. The iron and iron board both need replacing, the iron flex was worn through, so wires are visible. The crockery needs a fair bit replacing, lots of chips. There was a dirty oven tray in oven from previous occupier, which we washed. There was a bottle top and some food left under the bar stools. Minor things missed. Lastly the bedroom light didn't work in the small front bedroom.

The house is beautiful and made the perfect getaway for our entire family to come along to.

The property was in good condition and everything ran smoothly with access

I'd say some of the white goods and kitchen are a bit dated, but they were functional. It would have been nice if there had been a welcome pack in the form of milk and tea and some bread, but these are more observations than criticisms. Overall, the experience was good and we were very happy with the accomodation.

We were a group of 7 adults and 2 under 3s. The house was well looked after, the size was perfect, great location. Great communication with the owner/management company. The beds were comfy and everyone enjoyed the stay.

Would have been better if there was an additional shower, but we managed.

This is a beautiful house, and very well cared for, it looks newly refurbished, and all the fixings are excellent quality. It was very clean, and had everything we needed for a four-night stay whilst working in the area. Amazing kitchen. It was very easy to find once the host sent the information (it arrived a couple of days beforehand), and has parking for two vehicles on the driveway (you could possibly squeeze in a 3rd small car). And the gardens are properly looked after - always a bonus to sit in the garden with a hot drink in the evening. This house is in a quiet residential area, but all amenities were close by and easy to access. We definitely recommend this house, and will book again when next in the area.

The house was so lovely, based only a half hour from everything you need. So accommodating and beds were really comfy. Just what was needed after a long shopping day 💤

Spacious, onsite parking facilities

Needed a good clean, dust on surfaces, sleeps no more than 6 adults, single bed and 3/4 bed in 2 of the rooms, certainly not big enough for 2 adults. Only one shower for 6 adults,

We loved the large open plan kitchen, dining area and living room. The location suited us as well, Penylan is close enough to amenities and far enough away to be peaceful.
