Stylish family home in desirable Penylan + Parking

Cosy spacious accommodation. Really felt like home for a few days. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and very spacious. We could easily fit two cars on the driveway.

One bathroom for six people required some planning in the morning. Dining area was a little cramped for six people.

Like the open plan layout. I like that there is a bedroom downstairs to accommodate for anyone with accessibility requirements.

We loved the location, calm and green, near Waterloo Gardens and Roath Park. Wellfield Rd Shops and restaurants are only 10 minutes walk.

The house is very spacious. Excellent for a family. Private parking area is secure.

Spacious and comfortable living space for relaxing and eating with family. Good parking. Comfortable beds. Useful ground floor toilet. Easy access to property. Well situated for driving around Cardiff.

An accurate address and postcode to ‘ Melrose Gardens, Melrose Avenue’ would have avoided initial confusion but helpful neighbour reassured us we were in the right place! Some additional small cereal bowls, a tea pot, extra tea towel and J cloth would have been useful.

the property is exceptional and is located in a very convenient part of Cardiff. great bus connections. the place is spacious and has everything you need. the well equipped kitchen was particularly helpful. i would definitely like to use this property in my next stay. Fully recommended without any hesitation.

It was super clean and the location was great!
