Great location, but keep in mind that you have to climb to it. You can get a parking permit, but the place is not guaranteed. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Adriana will give you the list of recommendations, so you can have the best experience in Modica aswell.

The house was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely cooperative, helpful, and kind. I especially appreciated their assistance in accompanying me to the bus station and helping with my luggage. Although the location is slightly elevated from the center, it is definitely worth it once you arrive. Because of elevated location, you can enjoy the night view. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and liked everything about my stay. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the house owner and the entire team for their hospitality.

The hosts were very kind and parking was easy in the street - they even let us leave the car for the day after we checked out. The terrasse is very nice too, amazing view. Very central.

One of the room is small and connected to the main room but for us it was not really a problem. That room has a big window so you don’t feel trapped at all. But maybe it’s better to know as some people could not like the need to pass from room to room. For a family like us it was no problem.

The place is really lovely, very clean, close to the center and absolutely quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped. The view from the small balcony or the rooftop terrace is fantastic The owners are very friendly, caring and helpful.

The welcome; waiting for us at the garage to park our motorcycle. As we don’t speak Italian she brought her son to help out. The terrace has a wonderful view of the town and bridge. Able to walk and get groceries. Able to use a kitchen to cook in house.

We had the upstairs room next to the kitchen and I don’t think anyone was downstairs while we were there otherwise it could be a little small in the kitchen.

A stunning view from the large terrace, very clean and well-maintained. Although breakfast was not included in the price, there was still the possibility to make coffee, with pastries and similar items available for breakfast. Quiet and cozy.
