"Authentic charm and amazing location with a great rooftop terrace."

Nostalgic charm. Felt like nonna was going to walk through the door. Location was wonderful. Love the local streets. Quiet. Roof was amazing view.

Parking was a bit of a hassle. Yet the hosts provided a great solution. Thank you.

"We‘d totally recommend this place!"

We stayed for one night with a family of five. The house is beautiful and the hosts are very friendly. The rooftop terrace is an absolut highlight. The location is perfect, it‘s close to the city, not too loud, and you’re in the city centre by foot in less than five minutes.

The only downside is that the house and the way there isn’t accessible for wheelchairs or people who aren’t good afoot which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others.

Best B&B in Sicily during my month long trip. Spectacular view from the terrace, windows and balconies. Spacious house that would serve a big family or group of friends. They have thought of everything from extra dishes for dining on the terrace to a well equiped kitchen and a variety of comfortable seating for chatting or reading a novel. Every room is bathed in a copious wifi river and sweet Adriana offers many tips for things to do in town. She even picked me up and dropped me off at the train station.

Absolutely amazing stay in this beautiful house. Adriana and her brother are very kind, they provided us with a lot of useful local information. She even proposed to drive us to the bus station in the end. They also left us complemenrary water, sweets and milk. The house itself is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 terraces, the one on top offering great panorama. Do not miss this property in Modica, absolutely recommended!

Everything! The house is big, clean, and well managed. Adriana is very kind, she even send me a list of places to visit. The terrace is indeed the hightlight of my stay.

Great location, beautiful terrace and a big apartment with 3 bedrooms, a balcony, kitchen, living area and bathroom. The host was extremely kind and friendly and gave lots of good recommendations.
