Where the property was situated was very good

Mainly the kitchen and downstairs area No kitchen facilities e.g. no food cupboard space, oven shelves did not fit , no workspace and washing machine not working

Property had everything we needed and more. Very clean and very comfortable. Also good location and close to centre

We liked everything.

Great location a good distance from the city center. Quiet area. Nice view out over the cricket grounds. Aldi directly across the road for groceries. Spacious house with large rooms, good for a large get together (10 of us stayed). Plenty of parking space. All bathroom facilities worked fine. Additional bedding and linens provided in advance for the sofa beds to accommodate the extra people. Good value.

The place was generally clean, but on arriving I had to clean the dining room table as it was still dirty with food spills. One of the beds needs replacing as multiple slats keep falling off. Some of the walls have quite a lot of minor scuff marks.

The property was perfect for us as we were two family friends. Most amenities were present and what was great was that the rooms were spacious and a couple had ensuite bathrooms. It is well located about 1.5 km from the town centre with an Aldi and Home Bargains just across.

Whilst instructions were there to keep the thermostat at a particular level it tended to be slightly cold at nights. There was an issue with the bed slats in our room as a few plastic ends appeared to have been broken previously which meant detachment of the other slats. These plastic ends need to be replaced as soon as possible.

Really dirty in places, looked like it hadn’t had a proper clean in ages. In need of refurb/painting.

Size of the house. Beds comfy. Living space

Dirty carpets and kitchen flooring. No bins in some of rooms/bathrooms. Had to request linen for sofa beds. Cooking utensils dirty had to wash before using. Furniture needs a clean.

another toilet needs to be in downstairs en-suite & the bathrooms not clean, appeared to only be cleaned to eye level, LOTS of cobwebs and dust above mirrors and ceiling level. toilet under stairs far too small and leaking sink onto floor.
