Location was fab

The bunk bed made lots of noises and very wobbly could have done with a better top bunk bed but it was ok

Exposed nails, mould, dirty bathroom, broken stair gate, animal hair… tried to reach out to 2 email accounts to talk about concerns and heard nothing back

The location was great. shops, zoo and city centre close by. Nice and cosy property with modern kitchen and comfortable beds. good size drivayway for cars fast wifi, Tvs in bedrooms

Very clean and well presented cosy accommodation indeed, amenities were on our doorstep also lovely position, close enough to the town centre as to the zoo, supermarket close by also.

The stairs were a bit steep in the property, however they were very safe for families with small children as there was safety gates preventing any incidents.

Great property, perfect for what we needed and really easy to book and deal with the host. Highchair, travel cot and baby gates made it a home from home!

The floorboards were creeky - how picky is that!
