"Absolutely wonderful house and perfect location for Chester Zoo"

Location was perfect and the house was beautiful. Excellent facilities and very helpful people

The freezer wasn’t closed on arrival and we couldn’t close it. Mattress in back bedroom was uncomfortable

Location was great. The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was very spacious and a lovely space for the family to gather at the end of the day.

"It was good in some areas especially as we had two children."

The location was excellent it was very quiet too great that it had a parking space.

The bunk bed wasn’t really up to standard and not like the photo shown. The floors weren’t that clean the carpets really need replacing along with the terrible floor boards in most of the rooms upstairs. The bathroom needs an update as the shower was very mouldy and didn’t come out very well. Also for the amount of people that can stay an additional toilet would have been a good idea.
