Property was very clean and well presented. Had everything you need to enjoy a short stay close to Liverpool.

"perfect location"

Great location for the zoo. Very quiet street. Ample parking for 2 cars. Clean and tidy house and lots of room for our family of 5.

Hard to watch TV as a group of 5 as one sofa is too close the the TV. No lamp in living room - large light is very harsh. Missing a few essential in the kitchen.

We rated the night after a long road trip finishing up with a visit to Chester zoo. It was a 5 minute drive to the zoo so perfectly located for us. The property was lovely with everything you need to make your stay more pleasurable. Will was fantastic and provided us with loads of information for things to do whilst in Chester. Thank you for a lovely stay

"House smelt slightly unpleasant on first entering"

Warm and comfortable accommodation in a good location for zoo and attractions north of Chester. Heating was always in so felt warm enough. Easy access via key safe

Cleanliness could do with elevating. Window frames and windows dirty. Stair carpet dirty. House smelt musty on entering. Shower difficult to get to stay at suitable temperature. Provision of foil or cling film would be very useful. No baking trays. We had two pizzas to cook and the trays in the oven were black and unappealing to use. Couldn't work out how to run dishwasher. A little more TLC and this place could be great.

"Perfect location for the zoo, Cheshire oaks and surrounding areas! Could just do with a deep clean or a heads up of some"

- Great location - Easy to find - lovely big tv which was easy to use but aerial was unplugged. - Was modern but could have done with instructions on how to use certain equipment

- Top stair gate was broken which was challenging with a toddler - no bath mat - again my son kept slipping in the bath - Could of done with a deep clean with cobwebs on the windows, mould down the side of the living room sofa and dirty cutlery under the other sofa - Some doors stayed open so had to keep open with objects
