Location was close enough to what we required.

It looked a little tired. Neighbours we’re noisy during the night. No dropped kerb to pull car onto drive. Bins over flowing on arrival, not a great first impression.

The house had everything needed for a short stay

The house suffers with damp in the ground floor on the external kitchen wall Two of the bed headboards were broken

Excellent location for walking into Chester. Only about a mile walk all on flat ground. Felt safe in the area and well lit.

Property was ideal for a short stay but there were a few parts of the house that needed updating due to being broken or worn.

Clean, tidy and well equipped. Great quiet location near the Meadows riverside park and about a mile pleasant walk to city centre.

The house could do with a bit of an update.

Parking was good but please consider lowering the kerb. Easily takes two medium /small cars. Peaceful area. We stayed in super king bed although too big for the room. Beds comfortable. Had everything we needed. WIFI good. Had a good stay.

Broken socket in one bedroom and board loose in kitchen, management rectified same day. House needs a internal repaint. Stair carpet worn in a couple of places. Kitchen needs silicon replacing and doors painting. Otherwise a lovely house.

Good location for getting into Chester. Nicely set out and clean and tidy.

The property is nice but could do with a little update. Also adertised as 2 bathrooms ,however .only one shower when I expected 2. But only minor problems, as we coped ok.
