There was no TV in the bedrooms, no trash cans in the bedrooms, no toilet downstairs, but other than that. Cool

Great location for us. Good size.

A couple door knobs were missing (nothing better than having someone rescue you from the bathroom because of no knobs and sticky door). Most doors do not close all the way. It looks like it was a rush job to get this on the rental market, some sloppy work. But, apart from a few minor issues, it is a good deal and a nice place.

The bathtub was the old type of tub. Water didn’t get hot. Knob on door was made for a kids play house. No curtains on bathroom window.

Very nice and convenient for our purpose.

Highly suggest hand rails for front porch along with more light. Steps are dark and hard to see key pad. Also suggest fixing inside steps hand rail. Mostly covered by wall, steps are step , one of us fell. Grass also looked several week tall. Would be more presentable cut so guess would not have to walk through tall grass to enter.
