The property was okay. Nothing spectacular, for the price.

The lock on the door was truly a nightmare. Given code to enter it didn’t work. First day locked out for over 2 hours we had to wait for someone to come unlock the door. First person that came could not open the door. Someone else came the housekeeper and took her a couple of tries then said you hv to pull on the doorknob turn it to get in while all while putting in the code . Okay let’s see. Damn that was a lie. A total joke. Each time we went out we were locked out. Seemed useless to call management they were no help so we just kept trying the method of pulling on the already loose doorknob until we got it opened. And no it took awhile.

The kitchen is well equipped with new utilities. Nice home decor. Located about 15mintues from down town and other central locations.

The pass code to the door was not passed on time. It took 20 minutes to send the email with the code once I contact the management company. We had almost finished toilet paper in the washroom on arrival. When reported, we were told we will get a fresh supply in morning. Unfortunately we did not get it and no further reply from the management company to our communications. Check out time in Booking.com was 11am. In the actual appt we had to use it state 10am with a penalty if we stay later. Again, the management did not answer our texts to clarity.

poor plumbing toilet flushes very slow clogs easily. so put toilet paper in the trash. shower does not get hot stays like warm. cheap toilet paper.

Location was acceptable

Not quite clean, short on toilet paper and dishwasher soap, the main door got locked from the inside and couldn’t open again, having to use the back (Kitchen) door, no dressers in any room; it can surely be improved.
