The property had a real homely and comfortable feeling about it. Myself and my family felt very safe and happy here, it was immaculate and had everything you could need. It was in the perfect location for exploring, we visited Donegal town many times which is a short drive of around 15 minutes away. We also visited St John’s Point which was absolutely beautiful! The property was spotless clean and decorated beautifully! It has every single thing you could think of which would be needed during a stay away from home and the hosts Glen and Mary were very welcoming and accommodating! Will definitely return.

The shower

Great spot in terms of a base to explore south Donegal. Shop less than a minute walk away. Lovely host, very attentive. Spotless house.

On roadside, quite noisy. Traffic does not slow down despite being on a road through village. Pub on Friday night very loud, music till late. Mattress uncomfortable. Only two ceramic bowls for breakfast, rest plastic. Could do with more 'hanging up' space, i.e., for towels, in bathroom etc. Shower was unforgivable unfortunately....a dribble at best. Not suitable for young kids; on a busy roadside, garden is cement and nettles in grass would prove tricky.
