"Great home in Dunedin for a family."

Very nice interior design, big and comfortable bedrooms, nice furniture and carpets. Well equipped kitchen. Nice yard. Washing machine and dryer, and free detergent. Eco friendly soaps and detergents around the house.

The upside bathroom wasn't useful, because it had only a low faucet.

Great location, minutes away driving from the CBD. It's a leafy area and I can see the ocean from the bedroom window.

There is only one shower and it's a bit small.

Clean. Has everything you need. Surrounded by trees and lots of birds around.

Limited hot water. If you took a bath, there was no hot water for anything else.
