Plenty of room and warm with 2 heatpumps downstairs. Didn't need any heating upstairs as warm enough. Good having 2 toilets, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs.. Kitchen well stocked with plenty of utensils etc.. nice deck and gardens out the back.

Very small shower and shower room/bathroom downstairs. No shower in upstairs bathroom. Good hot water and pressure though.

"Comfortable relaxed and clean family home in a great location."

Close to city centre but fronting onto a golf course so felt more like the country than city. Very relaxed feel. House was immaculate on arrival, very clean and easy to find our way around. Plenty of cutlery, plates and other usual family household appliances so was ideal for our stay of 4 adults and two young children. Two toilets were appreciated!

Shower was on the small side and dishwasher a bit temperamental and a couple more lounge chairs would have been nice. However, these were relatively minor items that did not detract from a very relaxed and comfortable stay.

The Shower was a little tight and dribbly. This is only a minor grizzle.Every thing else was great and would not hesitate to stay again.

Nice warm house as it was really cold in Dunedin and so my elderly mother was snug and warm. A nice park nearby to stroll through.
