Casa Quinta das Férias

Es war schön, dass man den Kamin betreiben konnte, denn in dieser Jahreszeit ist es oft noch kalt und windig.

Es war alles in Ordnung.

It is a very large and spacious house with a big open kitchen that is well stocked for cooking. Several bedrooms means there’s lots of space for a larger group. The location is in a nice area. The host is very responsive and helpful.

The driveway is a little steep and narrow, and when we stayed in April, the weather was very cold and rainy, and it was a little bit cold inside the house. The host was helpful and provided some heaters which was much appreciated. The wood-burning stove was also very cozy.

Very well equipped kitchen and complimentary food and drinks on arrival. Large living area and good sized bedrooms. Plenty of towels for indoor and outdoor use.

The driveway is narrow but there is also offroad parking available at the bottom of the drive.

Amazing place to stay! Silence! and magnificent nature all around. Proximity to the ocean and the beach. There are all the amenities for relaxing at home. Spacious parking! The house has a washing machine, a dryer and dehumidifiers - it’s A big plus!(At high humidity, dehumidifiers fill up quickly,so be ready to pour out the water several times a day)) We liked everything! Amy is very responsive!

Moths on the first floor (bathroom). Hot water supply is intermittent. Weak WiFi : not working in the bedrooms on the first floor and in the backyard. For complete comfort, needed a dishwasher)

This is the case when reality exceeded expectations. A magnificent house, where care for guests is felt in every detail. Dishes, plumbing, finishing materials, the layout of the interior - everything is convenient, high-quality, solid. Support from the hostess of the house - always in touch, ready to help with advice on exploring the island. The location is also magnificent - close to many famous places. I want to come back here again.

Großes Haus mit Herz und Garten. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und wie zu Hause. Ein kulinarisches Willkommenspaket war auch dabei, das war klasse! Mosteiros, Ferreira und Sete Cidades sind per Auto schnell erreichbar. Für alle, die gern schwimmen und wandern ein perfekter Ort! Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar Eiswürfel waren da.

Die Straße vor dem Haus wird von Rasern genutzt, dadurch war es leider nicht möglich, nachts bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Wir haben die Fenster nach hinten raus aufgemacht und die Türen offen gelassen, das ging ganz gut.
