A Perfect Slice of Heaven on Skye! 🌟 From the moment we arrived at the Aurora Pod, it was clear we had found something truly special. Nestled on the peaceful shores of a sea loch with breathtaking views of the Cuillin mountains, this place is the definition of tranquility and luxury. The pod itself was spotless and thoughtfully designed—modern, warm, and incredibly cozy. Every detail has been carefully considered: from the underfloor heating and plush bedding to the well-equipped kitchen and delicious welcome treats (we’re still thinking about that caramel shortbread!). Waking up to the sun rising over the water, with birdsong in the background, felt like a dream. What really sets this place apart is the sense of peace and privacy. With just two pods on site, we felt like we had our own little sanctuary. Evenings were spent stargazing through the large windows and soaking in the silence—on one clear night, we even caught a glimpse of the aurora! Our hosts were warm, professional, and discreet, creating a perfect balance of hospitality and solitude. The location is ideal for exploring Skye—close to Dunvegan, Neist Point, and local hikes—but honestly, we never wanted to leave the pod. This is one of the most beautiful, calming places we’ve ever stayed. If you’re looking for a romantic escape, a nature-filled retreat, or simply a quiet place to breathe—Aurora Pod is everything you could dream of and more. We’ll be back without question.

We liked everything about this place. Hosts were very kind and helpful. Key to the property was provided in a safe box so there was no stress about the check-in time. Finding the location was also not an issue. Parking was provided in front of the pod as described. Property was very clean. It was very nicely decorated and fully equipped. We found everything we needed available. Sea view from the front porch was amazing. Bathroom window on the rear side looked over the meadows where we could see sheep grazing and rabbits hopping. Lovely place to stay. I'd stay here again without a doubt.

This place is just serene. If you need a quiet place to relax or come back to after a long day of sightseeing, this is it. It was very clean, comfortable and simply beautiful. We would definitely like to stay again.

We loved the Aurora Pod. It's absolutely gorgeous and its location is wonderful. Overlooking a sea loch. It's been one of my favourite places I've ever stayed. Thank you. The sunrise in the morning was one of the best I've ever seen.

The property had everything we could possibly need (including things that we hadn‘t considered that we would need!) to make our stay on Skye exceptional. The pod was clean and functional without being cramped, and the landscaped surrounds complemented the beauty of Skye perfectly.

The property was great, it was very clean, nice clean bedding that felt quality, the pod had everything we needed and more, very well thought out, the bed was comfortable which was a bonus having spent the previous 2 nights in an uncomfortably bed , the location was stunning, we were lucky to have 3 lovely sunny days and spent the time in the pod looking at the views, the entrance and car parking space very spacious and well kept., it was nice to sit out and have breakfast / dinner. The shower was also very good, we will definitely return. The photos do not do the place justice.

We had an amazing trip and stay in the Aurora pod. Would highly recommend to anyone. The pod was clean and well stocked. It was the perfect location - nice and quiet and peaceful but also close to main attractions. We loved our morning wake ups with the sheep and lambs out of our bathroom window!
