Stunning 3 bedroom 3 bath self catering cottage nr Stonehenge, Salisbury, Longleat, Avebury and Bath, Short walk to lovely village pub

Great location,lovely hosts,very comfortable with everything we needed,loved the garden.

Location fantastic. Breakfast not part of the package so not applicable.

The property was easy to gain access when we arrived. We were shortly met by our Host, who gave us lots of additional information. The property was well situated for us, it was quiet and tranquil, the pub within walking distance and a beautiful church behind the garden. The garden was spacious enough, and we had access to an extended area, offered by the host with outdoor play equipment. The house was well equipped, they had though of everything, the small details which make a big difference. The open plan kitchen diner was ideal for us, sharing meal times together. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, bathrooms plenty. A couple of quirky things, which are to be expected with an older style cottage; the floor was bowed upstairs, so we needed to place the spare mattress strategically to find the flatest area and there are lots of little steps into/out of rooms - this was not a problem but something to be aware of with less mobile family members.

The cottage was very clean with good facilities. Nice comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and many extras. We also found many extras like sweeteners, ground coffee, biscuits etc. Mary, the host, is very friendly and helpful. There's enough parking space for 4 to 5 cars.

The sink in the downstairs ensuite is a little on the small size.

Steps between each room, not really an issue for most families but was a little difficult at times for my daughter with mobility issues

Lovely cottage & setting. Grandson loved the garden. Everything there that we needed to accommodate 5 adults & a toddler. Would recommend
