Posizione fantastica sul porto. L'appartamento è provvisto di tutto: utensili, biancheria, detersivo, spugne per la cucina e tutto quello che può servire all'inizio di un soggiorno. Provvisto di aria condizionata nelle camere e nel soggiorno.

Dopo l’impresa nell’individuare il parcheggio si privato, ma molto risicato sia per arrivarci che per parcheggiare in sicurezza, con l’aiuto di un video del proprietario per individuarlo, abbiamo percorso due gradinate ripide e poco curate, e siamo arrivati all’appartamento. Per fortuna era pulito, ma con un impianto elettrico quasi di fortuna e il mobilio arrangiato con pezzi presi qua e là e poco funzionali. La vista declamata su porto c’è, ma non godibile in quanto in ciascuno dei tre terrazzini ci sta - letteralmente- a malapena uno stendi panni.

A perfect apartment for enjoying the charm of Maratea's port. The host was communicative, friendly, and incredibly helpful, offering great tips and information throughout our stay. The main living area opens onto a lovely little balcony with stunning views—perfect for watching the activity and atmosphere of the port below. Thanks again!

Great location right on the port. Eight restaurants within easy walking distance. Antonio kept in contact with us throughout our stay. We went kayaking which was great fun.

Lovely and light, rather spartan amenities but we made it work. Gorgeous view over the small port and close to everything. We didn’t mind because we were there escaping the hoards on the Amalfi coast so used to lots of steps. But there are lots to reach the apartment so not for those who can’t cope,

The STEPS, also a bit light on regarding facilities. The adjoining apartment is very well equipped and fortunately it was occupied by friends.

lounge air con and second bedroom air con did not work safety issues….no stair balustrades so dangerous for kids and extremely low ceiling heights in bedrooms due to pitched ceilings which lead us to constantly bump our heads poor shower water pressure took a long time to get hot water Had to walk up many steps to get to the front of the house making transportation of luggage difficult You cannot see any views from inside of the house…you have to stand on the balcony and look over the wall Poor wifi Photos of this property are misleading Dirty shower and toilet and shower drain is blocked and does not drain out water properly.
