Everything about the place is beautiful

The furniture is worn out, the beds r old and uncomfortable

This place is beautiful big with lots of parking. All my friends managed to park their cars as some were sleeping in other places.

The place is very nice and modern... we really had a lovely holiday, the kids enjoyed to the max...the jacuzzi was the highlight. The rooms are absolutely huge and spacious. The younger generation will love the place for a party bcoz of the indoor pool.

The pool was not heated or Lukewarm as advised. And I just think that the pool should have like a fence or a barrier for smaller kids not to go along that side . Corrin it off

The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi was a great feature. The house was incredibly spacious, making for a very relaxing weekend. The bedroom downstairs was ideal for my elderly mum.

The kitchen cupboards need cleaning, and some utensils should be replaced. Several downlighters also need replacing. The bed leg in the last bedroom is faulty.

The pool

3 out of 4 aircons didn't work, we spent the 1st day in multiple calls trying to get it sorted out. Most of the lights in the house didn't work throughout the stay and we were told it couldn't be changed. The main rooms were leaking from the glass, we used towels to soak up water and kept changing towels. The house itself is beautiful but not well kept. The cupboards are rusted and broken. There wasn't sufficient brooms etc for cleaning. The staff tried their best to assist but for a home of that pricing it was a disappointment to find so many things wrong from the time we arrived.
