I actually was not pleased when I got to the property and saw what I saw, so it was disappointing traveling all the way there only to find issues when you're on holiday.

Once you enter through the Garage the Main Entrance door to the house is just a wooden frame with no glass or Security gate! Which is a Security Concern.When it rained the first day water leaked onto the Main Bedroom floor, we had to put towels on the floor, the dropping of water kept us awake.Maintenance on property not upkept,Light fixtures were missing and hanging, Mould on ceilings, broken lamps, Rust on fridge.The Electricity kept tripping when there was no Load Shedding. DSTV and Wifi gave us issues on the first day, thereafter resolved.

Loved the open plan. The design of the house is absolutely beautiful, it is very spacious and definately has the home away from home atmosphere. Loved the indoor swimming pool! The caretakers are eager to try assist with issued and the cleaning lady is a lovely lady.

Such a pity that such an absolutely beautiful home is not being maintained. The air cons stopped working. The roof is leaking and it drips in the house down the beautiful tall windows and walls which obviously leads to the paint peeling off and you hear the rain dripping on the bedroom floor all night. There are no plugs for the kitchen zinc so you cannot wash dishes. Only four towels and four teaspoons were provided knowing there were five guests.

Good space for the family. Enough hot water. Generator. Clean bedding, clean towels. Nice pool.

The hygiene was questionable. Dirty shower drain, old, grimy kitchen vessels. One kettle was burnt, the other too dirty to want to use. The white sugar in the container was old and disgusting. Bin and bin drawer were empty, but dirty. The house has a clear ventilation/water issue, resulting in mold all over! This is a major health hazard! Bench at the dining table is broken.
